The Management Committee is responsible for conducting one of the country's biggest management conclaves called 'YASHASVI'.We organize workshops and seminars throughout the year, focusing on creating an environment that nurtures leadership and enhances business acumen among the students. We also organize case study competitions, give real-time business problems, explore coaching strategies and develop the best solution in every business domain.
Yashasvi, SCMHRD's annual management conclave and the flagship event of the Management Committee, is a unique business interface that includes all the country's top schools. Case Study Competition, designed to test aspiring managers' ability to deal with real-world company problems in areas such as HR, Marketing, Analytics, Finance, Operations, Consulting, and Product Management.
The Management Committee enables the students of SCMHRD to prepare for their placements through a comprehensive placement training program - A.C.E. (Aspire-Conquer-Excel). The A.C.E. program encompasses the entire gamut of activities from allocation of personal mentors, conducting knowledge transfer sessions, mock group discussions, and mock personal interviews which ensure that students are well-prepared to ace the placement selection processes.
The committee also conducts the Summer Internship Success Program (SISP), designed to provide first-year students with a platform to interact with the senior batch while preparing the interns for their Summer Internships. This initiative has been formulated by keeping in mind the students who will soon be getting an idea of working in a professional set-up, answering their queries, and alleviating their anxieties regarding the same.
The Management Committee also introduced Ace the Case, an innovative initiative that serves as a platform where past winners of case competitions share their winning strategies and insights. This allows students to uncover the art of strategic problem-solving and position themselves for success in future competitions.
